    Serves 6 (1 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
    • 1 cup diced celery
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup (one 8-ounce can) Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    • 1/4 cup (one 2-ounce jar) chopped pimiento, undrained
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
    • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 1/3 cups (3 ounces) uncooked elbow macaroni


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery, and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained pimiento, water, garlic, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Mix well to combine. Lower hear simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
