List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef (90% lean)
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Shape. Bake on rack at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
