Parsley Noodles

Serves 2 (1/2 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup hot cooked noodles, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine hot noodles and margarine. Add parsley flakes and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Serve at once.
Final Comments
HINTS:
1. A scant cup uncooked noodles usually cooks to about 1 cup.
2. The microwave works great to heat noodles, if using left overs.
