    Cucumber-Cottage Cheese Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
    • 2 tablespoons Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    • 2 1/4 cups diced unpeeled cucumbers with seeds removed
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • lettuce leaves


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in cucumbers, onion, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For each serving, place lettuce leaf on a salad plate and spoon about 3/4 cup salad mixture over top.
