Cucumber-Cottage Cheese Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 1/4 cups diced unpeeled cucumbers with seeds removed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in cucumbers, onion, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For each serving, place lettuce leaf on a salad plate and spoon about 3/4 cup salad mixture over top.
