Skillet Hamburger Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground turkey or beef (90% lean)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 3/4 cups cooked noodles
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon diced parsley
Instructions
- In large skillet brown meat and onions. Add soup, mushrooms, salt, pepper and noodles. Stir well to combine. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and parsley. Serve at once.
