Grilled Condiment Burgers

List of Ingredients
- 16 ounces extra lean ground turkey or beef
- 6 tablespoons dried fine bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium ketchup
- 1/4 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
- 6 reduced-calorie hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, pickle relish, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Mix well to combine. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 6 patties. Cook on a medium-hot grill, sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. For each sandwich place 1 patty between a bun.
Final Comments
HINT: Also works well in a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray or in a George Foreman Grill.
