Recipe Introduction
Who says packed lunch always has to be a sandwich. Fill your thermos with this tasty soup and have something warm to smile about at lunchtime.
Serves 6 (1 2/3 cups)
List of Ingredients
- 12oz ground turkey or beef (90% lean)
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Campbells Healthy Request Tomato soup
- 1 3/4 cups Mexican stewed tomatoes with juice
- 10 oz canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups Healthy Request tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon chili seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 1/4 oz uncooked elbow macaroni (3/4 cup)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Add tomato soup, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans and tomato juice. Stir in chili seasoning mix, paprika and macaroni. Mix well. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat. Simmer until macaroni is tender.
