Golden Broccoli Salad

Recipe Introduction
You may want to serve this instead of traditional cole slaw. It's both attractive and tasty.
Serves 6 (3/4 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 oz shredded reduced-fat Chedder cheese (3/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons Bacon Bits
- 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pourable Splenda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine broccoli, carrots, onion, Chedder cheese and Bacon Bits. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, Splenda, mustard, and skim milk. Add mixture to broccoli mixture. Toss gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
