    Recipe Introduction


    Serve this up the day after and watch everyone smile all over again. Even Cliff who does not like cauliflower or broccoli thought this dish was quite tasty.
    Serves 8


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups Cambell's Healthy Request Chicken Broth
    • 3 cups frozen California Blend vegetables
    • 6oz dry chicken-flavored Stove Top Stuffing Mix (2 2/3 cups)
    • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
    • 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    • 1/3 cup Carnation nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
    • 8oz chopped cooked turkey breast (1 1/2 cups)
    • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan combine chicken broth and frozen vegetables. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in dry stuffing mix. Mix well. In a small bowl combine soup, yogurt, dry milk powder and cornstarch. Add soup mixture to stuffing mixture. Fold in turkey and parsley flakes. Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes.


    Final Comments


    HINT: 1 cup frozen carrots, 1 cup frozen broccoli and 1 cup frozen cauliflower can be used instead of California Blend.
