No, it's not Fanny May, but it is chocolate!
Serves 8 (3 pieces)
List of Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving) pkg sugar free chocolate cook and serve pudding mix
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 3/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon reduced calorie margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (4 serving) pkg sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 oz chopped pecans (1/4 cup)
Instructions
- In medium saucepan combine dry cook and serving pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add yogurt and margarine. Cook over LOW heat, stirring often until margarine is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Fold in vanilla extract, dry instant pudding mix and pecans. Spread into 8x8 dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Chill until firm. Cut into 24 pieces.
