Recipe Introduction
If you adore that overstuffed deli treat known as a Rueben sandwich, I've got something truly seductive for your next special event! Served hot from the pot or even lukewarm, this dip will dazzle anyone lucky enough to taste it.
Serves 8 (1/3 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups (one 16-ounce can) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Kraft fat-free mayonaise
- 2 (2.5-ounce) packages Carl Buddig lean corned beef, shredded
- 11 (3/4-ounce) slices Kraft reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a slow cooker container sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, combine sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and mayonaise. Add corned beef and Swiss cheese. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Mix well before serving.
