    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup (1 medium) diced bananas
    • 1 (4-serving) package JELL-O Sugar Free Vanilla Cook & Serve Pudding Mix
    • 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1 1/4 cups water
    • 1/4 cup raisins
    • 1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
    • Dash ground cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Evenly divide bananas between 4 custard dishes. In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water. Add raisins. Mix well to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Pour hot pudding mixture evenly over bananas. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Just before serving, top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite and light sprinkle of cinnamon.
