    List of Ingredients


    • # 2 (4-serving) packages JELL-O Sugar Free Chocolate Cook & Serve Pudding Mix
    • 2 cups skim milk
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) chopped walnuts
    • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch cake pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mixes, and skim milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Place saucepan on a wire rack and allow to cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a large bowl, combine baking mix and walnuts. Add slightly cooled pudding mixture. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into prepared cake pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Place cake pan on a wire rack. Drizzle chocolate syrup evenly over top. Allow to cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 16 bars.
