Cheesy Bacon Cauliflower

Recipe Introduction
I doubt there's a kid or adult around who wouldn't cheer the arrival of this cheesy veggie dish! Even those who don't necessarily adore cauliflower will find this creamy, tangy version irresistable.
Serves 6 (1/2 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen cut cauliflower, thawed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tablespoons Oscar Mayer or Hormel Real Bacon Bits
- 1/8 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Chedder cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions
- In an 8-cup microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and water. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 5 minutes or just until cauliflower is tender. In a small bowl, combine mushroom soup, bacon bits, Chedder cheese, and parsley flakes. Stir soup mixture into cauliflower. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Place bowl on counter and let set for 3 minutes. Mix well before serving.
