    Mighty Maize Salad

    Recipe Introduction


    Serves 6 (1 1/4 cups)


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups shredded lettuce
    • 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
    • 10 ounces (one 16-ounce can) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
    • 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 ounces) crushed Frito Lay reduced-fat corn chips


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beans, Cheddar cheese, and corn. Add Ranch dressing. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, stir in crushed corn chips.


    Final Comments


    HINT: Thaw corn by placing in a colander and rinsing under hot water for one minute.
