    The Desmond Pasta Ham Salad

    Serves 4 (1 1/4 cups)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    • 1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 1/2 cups cold cooked rotini pasta, rinsed and drained
    • 1/2 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
    • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
    • 3/4 cup finely shredded fresh spinach
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1 full cup (6 ounces) diced Dubuque 97% fat-free ham or any extra-lean ham


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine Ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Add rotini pasta, corn, peas, spinach, onion, and ham. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.


    Final Comments


    HINT:
    1. 1 cup uncooked rotini pasta usually cooks to about 1 1/2 cups.
    2.Thaw corn by placing in a colander and rinsing under hot water for one minute.
