Recipe Introduction
Well, here's my version-prepared without eggs, sugar, fat, or liquor, it still taste exactly like traditional eggnog.
Serves 4 (1 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups skim milk
- 1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix, rum extract, and nutmeg. Mix well using a long spoon. Refrigerate 5 mintues. Gently stir again. Serve at once.
Final Comments
HINT: If you like a thinner eggnog, add 1 cup of cold water when adding skim milk.
DIABETIC: 1 Skim Milk, 1/2 Starch
