Fruit Cocktail Pistachio Fluff Salad

Serves 6 (2/3 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 (15-ounce) can fruit cocktail, packed in fruit juice, drained and 1/3 cup liquid reserved
- 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free
- 1 cup (1 medium) diced banana
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add water and reserved fruit cocktail liquid. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Free. Fold in fruit cocktail, banana, and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
