Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast

List of Ingredients
- 2 slices low calorie sandwich bread (40 calories of less per a slice)
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon jam, jelly or preserves
- 1/4 cup egg beater
- 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Using bread, peanut butter and jelly, make a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich.
- Pour the egg beaters into a shallow dish.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir together.
- Dip the sanwich in the egg mixture, turning to soak both sides.
- Spray a non stick skillet with butter flavored cooking spray. Place the sandwich in skillet and cook, turning as needed, untill both sides are lightly browned.
- Lightly sprinkle sandwich with powdered sugar and serve hot.
