    Recipe Introduction

If neither you nor your friends have a garden full of zucchini, don't dispair! Just "pick" your own at the local farmers' market or produce stand and celebrate the tastes of summer in this colorful and tasty saute.
    Serves 4 (3/4 cup)

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup Kraft fat-free Italian dressing
    • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 2 cups sliced zucchini
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn
    • 1/4 cup canned chopped pimiento

    Instructions

    1. In a large skillet, heat Italian dressing. Add green pepper, zucchini, and onion. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Add corn and pimiento. Continue cooking until mixture is heated through, about 3 minutes, stirring often.
