    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Whole Wheat flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 cup mashed cooked pumpkin
    • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread in 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until layer test done. Cool on wire rack. May frost with cream cheese frosting if desired. May substitute other nuts for pecans.
