One Dish Stroganoff with Noodles

When I first started testing fat-free sour cream, I was concerned about how it would cook--whether or not it would get watery or separate. The good news is that you can make blissfully creamy dishes with these exciting products, and you don't have to worry for an instant!
Serves 4 (1 cup)
List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces lean round stead, cut into 24 pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Swanson Beef Broth
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 (2.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 3/4 cups (3 ounces) uncooked noodles
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
Instructions
- In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in beef broth and mushroom soup. Bring mixture to a boil. Add mushrooms and uncooked noodles. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Continue simmering for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
