    QUICKIE SALMON PATTIES

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (14 ¾-oz) can pink salmon, drained, boned, and flaked
    • 3 tablespoons Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    • 4 slices reduced-calorie white bread, made into crumbs
    • 1 teaspoon JO’s Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning
    • ¼ cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine salmon, baking mix, bread crumbs, JO’s Lemon Herb-Pepper seasoning, mayonnaise, onion flakes and parsley flakes. Using a ½ cup measuring cup as a guide, form mixture into 4 patties. Place patties in a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray and brown for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
