    Asparagus Frittata Cassarole

    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 t. salt
    10 oz box Frozen Asparagus Spears, thawed
    1/2 cl shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese

    Preheat oven to 400*F
    In meduim bowl, beat eggs. Add mild and salt; blending very well. Pour mixture into greased 9x9" baking pan; Top with asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until egg mixtue is set.
