M and M Brownies
List of Ingredients

Meggie & Nana's Rocky Road Brownies
2 Squares unsweetened chocolate
1 C. Canola Oil
2 C. Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 C. Unbleached Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder (fresh)
1 tsp. Salt
Optional: 1 C. Chopped Walnuts (or peanuts if you prefer)
2 1/2 C. Miniature Marshmallows
6 - 8 oz. Miniature M&M's
Melt chocolate in oil in microwave. Add sugar and eggs in the order shown being sure that the eggs do not
cook in the warmed oil/chocolate.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour salt and baking powder.
Pour chocolate mixture into flour and mix by hand 50 strokes.
At this point we added about 1 Cup of chopped walnuts, 2 1/2 Cups of miniature marshmallows and about a
1/2 of a bag (12 oz) of miniature M&M's. None of these are necessary but I was cooking with a 6 year old.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
Cool at least 15 minutes before turning out onto rack. (Or not if you cut in the pan)
Store in a sealed container.
