    Orange Jello Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 box yellow cake mix
    3/4 cup oil
    2/3 cup milk
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon lemon extract
    1 small pkg. orange jello

    Beat all together in mixer. Bake one hour in a tube or bundt pan at 350. Turn onto plate and ice while hot with the following.

    2 cups confectioner's sugar
    1/2 cup frozen orange juice -thawed but not diluted

    Mix together and brush over hot cake till it all soaks in.
