    Grilled Fajitas

    List of Ingredients




    1/3 C. water
    ¼ C. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbls. oil
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbls. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
    ½ tsp. liquid smoke
    ¼ tsp. black pepper
    dash onion salt
    4 boneless chicken breasts or 1 lb. top sirloin
    2 Tbls. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    ½ tsp. lime juice
    dash black pepper
    dash salt
    1 large Spanish onion, sliced
    ½ green and red pepper, sliced
    1 Tbls. oil

    Instructions:
    -Combine first 11 ingredients in Tupperware container, cover, and refrigerate at least 2
    hours, or
    overnight.
    -Grill meat over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes on each side.
    -Cut meat into thin strips. Set aside.
    -Combine next 5 ingredients. Set aside.
    -Cook onion and peppers in oil until brown. Remove from heat.
    -Pour reserved mixture over onions and peppers.
    -Combine meat, onions, and peppers.
    -Serve on tortillas with cheese*, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce.
