    Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds ground beef
    1 pkg. (1 box) Stove Top Stuffing (Beef)
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup catsup (divided)
    2 beaten eggs

    Mix all together except 1/4 cup catsup. Grease pan and pour the rest of catsup over meatloaf mixture. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until done. Can add onions, mushrooms.
