    1 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups oatmeal

    Recipe



    Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and spices. Add to sugars. Stir in oatmeal. Optional: Add 1 cup raisins, chocolate chips, nuts or coconut. I have added all of them with great results.

    Bake 350F until golden.
