    4-oz. cream cheese.
    Milk
    3 pancakes.
    Strawberry preserves.

    Recipe



    Place the cream cheese in a bowl and gradually add a small amount of milk, mixing until light and fluffy.
    Spread on the pancakes while still warm. Roll and serve with strawberry preserves.
