    1 box Almond Caramel Clusters
    ¼ cup sugar
    ¼ cup light corn syrup
    1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs or
    1¼ cups vanilla Wafers or mix
    ¼ cup melted margarine
    2 8 oz. cream cheese packages softened
    ¾ cups sugar
    ½ cup sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine Almond Caramel Clusters, sugar, Karo syrup over hot water (not boiling) or microwave, low to medium stirring often. Combine crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well. Pat on bottom and sides of 9” springform pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in ¾ cups sugar and mix in sour cream. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Divide batter in half. Stir Caramel mixture in one half. Pour plain batter on bottom. Spoon caramel mix over top and swirl with knife to marble. Bake at 325 degrees, 50 minutes or until done. Caramel may settle to the bottom.
