Hot Chocolate Mix

List of Ingredients
1 (25.6 ounce) box instant non-fat dry milk (10 2/3 cups)
1 (6 ounce) jar powdered non-dairy creamer
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (16 ounce) can instant chocolate drink mix
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl or stock pot. Mix well.
Put into a large airtight container. Label w/date. Store in a cool
dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 17 cups of mix.
*****NOTE: I always make this using the French Vanilla flavored
creamer and it is loved by all. You can use your favorite flavor
creamer also.*****
To make each cup put 3 Tablespoons into 1 cup hot water. Stir to
dissolve. Makes 1 serving.
******To use this for the snowman soup cups, go to Walmart or Hobby
Lobby and purchase the small size zipper bags. I think 3"X4" is the
size. There's 100 in the pack for 1.99 (I'm pretty sure.)
I always measure out the quantity into jars. Example if I want to
give a gift that serves 4 people, I would put 12 Tablespoons mix into
the jar. Jelly jars make really nice for giving also.
