    Coconut Cake

    Bake in 13"X9"X2" psn. Bake a white cake mix as directed. Then while hot put holes all in it with a toothpick and pour over cake.

    1 can cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to serve put a large cool whip over top and cover with frozen coconut.

    To make your own cream of coconut

    1 cup water
    2 cups sugar
    1 Tablespoon white Karo Syrup
    3 Tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon coconut flavoring OR a little more
    Cook 5 minutes and pour over cake instead of canned cream of coconut.
