Venison Salisbury Steak Patties

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground deer meat
1 egg
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 pkt. Lipton Onion Mushroom soup mix
1 pkt. Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
2 cups water
1 medium sliced onion
Recipe
Mix ground deer, egg, bread crumbs and onion mushroom soup mix together and form into patties. I made 8 patties.
Place in bottom of slow cooker.
Mix the beefy onion soup mix with the water and pour over top of patties. Cover with sliced onions, can add more onions if desired and some sliced mushrooms as well.
Cook on high heat for 2 hours then low for at least 2 hours.
Oh the smell of this when we walked in the front door-----YUMMY!!!!!!
*****NOTE*****
Can also use 2 cans of Campbells Golden Mushroom soup with 2 cans water for the gravy. Then add the sliced onions and sliced mushrooms.
*****Notice that no salt, pepper or any other seasoning were added to this recipe. And was very tasty and delicious!!!!*****
