    All Purpose Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup chopped onions
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tablespoons oil
    2 (6 ounce) cans hunts tomatoe paste
    3 cups water
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Cook onions & garlic in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Makes 4 cups.

    MeatLoaf Magic

    Combine 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 cup sauce

    Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; remove fat. Pour 1 cup sauce over; Baker 3 minutes more.
