    List of Ingredients




    1 medium head cabbage
    1/2 cup boiling salted water
    3 Tablespoons butter
    3 Tablespoons flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup cracker crumbs

    Recipe



    Boil cabbage 9 minutes; drain. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Melt butter in sauce pan, stir in butter & flour til smooth. Add 1/2 cup milk. Stir until thickened. Pour over cabbage Spread top of casserole with cracker crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
