Okra Goulash

4 slices bacon
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups fresh okra, sliced
1 1/2 cups corn cut from the cob (about 3 ears)
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook bacon in large pan til crisp. Remove bacon;crumble and set aside. Reserve 2 Tablespoons drippings in skillet and saute' onion over medium heat til tender. Add okra & corn; Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes cook 10-15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. 6-8 servings.
