1 cup grated, raw zucchini squash (about 1 medium)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 beaten egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 cup self-rising flour
pepper to taste
vegetable oilRecipe
Combine all ingredients, except oil. Stir until moistened. In a large skillet add oil. Drop by teaspoonfuls into oil, turn as necessary. Serve hot. Make about 20 servings.
