    1 1/4 c water
    1 Tbls oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c molasses
    1/2 c oatmeal (quick cooking or regular)
    1 c whole-wheat flour
    2 c bread flour
    3/4 c broken walnuts
    1 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

    Recipe



    1-Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order listed.
    2-Use basic cycle and preferred crust setting.
