    Chicken Enchilada Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    3 C. Chopped Chicken Breast
    2 Small Cans Green Chilies
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    8oz. Sour Cream
    ½ can chicken broth
    1Box Chicken Flavor Rice A Roni
    3 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1can French Fried Onion Rings

    Recipe

    Prepare the Rice as instructed on the box.. Mix all the ingredients ,except the cheese and the onion rings. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with Cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, pour the onion rings on top and cook another 5 minutes.
