Pizza Sauce or Dressing

My favorite way to use this sauce is to put in on a slow oven cooked brisket of beef as a sauce before cooking so it completely penetrates the beef.


List of Ingredients




1 c. tomatoe juice 1/8 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. fennel seed

Recipe



Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low, stirring occasionally unti the mixture is reduced to half. Remove from heat and cool.
