    List of Ingredients




    8 oz sour cream
    8 oz cream cheese,softened
    8 ozpepper jack cheese, grated
    1/4 c pitted black olives,ripe, chopped
    2 green onion,sliced
    2 oz diced pimiento, drained
    1 jalapeno chile pepper -- fresh or pickled, minced (1 to 2)


    Recipe



    In small bowl mix sour cream and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill well.
