    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Cup apple juice
    • 1 handful frozen mango chunks
    • 2 large frozen strawberries
    • 4 T frozen blueberries


    Instructions


    1. In a blender, combine the juice and mango chunks. Blend til smooth.
    2. Add strawberries one at a time. Blen til smooth
    3. Add bluberries, blend til smooth
    4. Serve immediately
    5. VARIATION 1 Replace the apple juice with cranberry juice and replace the mango with 1/2-1 frozen banana, cut in chunks.
    6. VARIATION 2 Replace apple with grape juice, and useea handful of frozen papaya chinks, 2 frozen strawberries, 1/2-1 frozen banana, cut in chinks.
