    3/4 cup hazelnuts
    11/2 cup water
    opt. vanilla

    Recipe



    Liquify hazelnuts and water in a blender. Blend about 1-2 minutes. Steep 5-10 min. med. heat. Strain, using muslin, or, even better, a nut milk bag.

    ** Yields 1 1/2 cups milk**
