- 1 whole pineapple, skinned
- 1-2 pounds organic red grapes
- 2 tangerines or 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lemon peeled
Instructions
- In juicer, put pinepplae, grapes, tangerine and lemon through.
- Drink as is or dilute with water.
- Refrigerate
Final Comments
Keeps in fridge for 1-2 days.
