    Makes 11/2-2 quarts


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 whole pineapple, skinned
    • 1-2 pounds organic red grapes
    • 2 tangerines or 1 orange, peeled
    • 1 lemon peeled


    Instructions


    1. In juicer, put pinepplae, grapes, tangerine and lemon through.
    2. Drink as is or dilute with water.
    3. Refrigerate


    Final Comments


    Keeps in fridge for 1-2 days.
