    Simmering Crockpots-Kalaa Lynn

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (1pound) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
    1 cup cubed or shredded American cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Place potatoes in crockpot. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
