List of Ingredients
3 pints strawberries (not little)
1 9 or 10 inch pie shell -baked
8 oz Phila Cream Cheese
1/2 pint real whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Strawberry JellyRecipe
Combine cheese and sugar well - add whipping cream - beat till fluffy
Cover bottom of shell with berries - point side up, cover with cream mixture - cover top with largest berries. Point side up. Melt jelly in small sauce pan over low heat. Spoon over each berry - when chilled it creates a glaze. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
