Gingered Pineapple Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 to 5 boneless chicken breast halves, cubed (about 3/4")
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tbs finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powderRecipe
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot; cover and cook
on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
