    Simmering Crockpots-Kalaa Lynn

    List of Ingredients




    6 to 8 skinless chicken thighs
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    2 garlic cloves, minced

    Recipe



    Wash and dry chicken. Place in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 to 7 hours.
    Serve over rice.
