    Pumpernickel Bread
    Rye Bread

    Sliced Smoked Beef
    Slice Swiss cheese
    Sauerkraut
    Thousand Island dressing

    Recipe



    On slice of either selection of bread, place some each ingredient above, top with another slice of bread. Spread top and bottom of sandwich with butter or margarine and place in electric frying pan or oven-toaster or skillet over low fire and brown until cheese is slightly melted. Serve hot
